I can relate. I've tossed those questions around in my head of--why, did I mishear, did I do something wrong? That's normal. I've come to a point of believing that sometimes these are tests of faith. I have a friend who desperately wanted to go on mission trips. Each time she tried to go, the door was shut. After a lot of years waiting, the door finally opened. Yes, we have to trust God's timing.
